Medtronic announces FDA approval of MyCareLink Smart Monitor, app for patients with pacemakers
If cardiovascular disease patients can see in real-time how their pacemaker is functioning, it will not only reduce hospital re-admissions, it will allow a different sense of autonomy that in turn reduces stress. Medtronic is hoping to contribute to that with its new MyCareLink Smart Monitor.
